Mouse lemurs are known to use daily torpor, a shorter form of hibernation, during the cold and dry season in Madagascar.

I work with the wild population of brown mouse lemurs (Microcebus rufus) and Goodman’s mouse lemurs (Microcebus lehilahytsara) within and around Ranomafana National Park.
